Storm Water Back-up Flows into Alexandria Basement
In this home, at the level of the basement floor, there was a perimeter foundation drain outside the exterior wall that was connected to the city storm sewer system. An immense amount of rain runoff caused the rainwater in the sewer system to get so high that the water rushed into the finished basement.
Thankfully they called SERVPRO of Marlton/Morningside and we were able to help them and several other families clean up debris and restore the property to preloss conditions. The homeowners were grateful that our 24/7 services were available to them in their time of need.
